We prefer to work in our own office, so that we can efficiently focus on the project. We use our own equipment and software. However, we welcome the opportunity to provide regular updates on the status of a project to the client's asset team or senior management. We are also happy to travel in support of projects.

The progress of a project is carefully managed by:

• Agreeing a clear timeline with agreed deliverables

• Providing progress reports and regular meetings with the asset team and senior management

• Our experience working remotely with organisations. Distance is not a barrier to communication. We have access to tele/video-conference facilities to effectively communicate during the project

• We believe the most important deliverable for each project we undertake is a thoroughly described prospect inventory
